Job Description Project Manager - Onboarding and Deconversions - HYBRID Locations: Kansas City, MO | Chicago, IL | Dublin, OH | Denver, CO | Braintree, MA | Boston, MA - Hybrid Get To Know Us: In this role, you will support and deliver multiple complex initiatives across Transfer Agency and related teams, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key program artifacts, coordinating documentation and communications, managing risks and issues, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. This position blends strong project execution, crossfunctional collaboration, and financial services expertise to support change initiatives within a mutual fund or retail alternatives operations environment. Salary/wage rate is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. The expected base salary for the position in MA is between $80,000 USD to $160,000 USD. The expected base salary for the position in ILis between $100,000 USD to $155,000 USD. In addition to their salary, successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus and stock options. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $70,000 USD to $130,000 USD.
