Seeking to hire a highly qualified alternative track associate or senior attorney with excellent academic credentials to join our private client group focusing on estate administration. As a non-partnership track attorney, the billable hour requirement for this position is 1,850 annually. The successful applicant must possess significant HNW estate administration experience, either at a big law firm or a boutique or solo practice. The applicant must have experience preparing Federal Estate Tax Returns and Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns. The successful applicant will have the ability to work closely with HNW families following a death and will handle the administration of an estate from start to finish, including the probate of the will to final distribution of assets. This position is client facing. This position will be resident in our Philadelphia office. Active Pennsylvania bar membership is required.
