Position Highlights Join the University of Arizona Campus Store marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator and help bring one of the nation's most iconic collegiate brands to life across every corner of campus. In this entry-level role within a fast-paced environment, you'll support all marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns while coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives that serve students' daily needs as well as school pride. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the tracking and reporting of campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Coordinate timelines, gather content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for the Campus Store, including seasonal sales, events, and product launches.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, contact lists, and project files to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing for marketing-related expenses.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed for marketing meetings and leadership review.
  • Develop marketing materials such as flyers, posters, digital signage, and email newsletters under the guidance of senior marketing staff.
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with University brand standards.
  • Proofread and review materials for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Support in-store and campus-wide marketing events, including setup, coordination, and on-site assistance.
  • Collaborate with vendors, campus partners, and student groups to promote engagement and participation.
  • Assist with photography, social media coverage, and post-event recaps.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to prioritize marketing campaigns for multiple clients in order to meet all deadlines.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently with individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Knowledge of email marketing software.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge in Mac-based software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat.
  • Knowledge in graphic design/multimedia marketing.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lifts, transfers/moves a maximum of 50lbs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.
