Data Scientist/Exploitation Specialist

BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist/Exploitation Specialist to support mission-critical analytic teams with technical and data science expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, familiarity with JEMA, and a background supporting geospatial and multi-INT analytic efforts. This position requires a cleared professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, on-site environment with limited telework.

Provide hands-on data science and automation support to analytic teams embedded within the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based scripts, tools, and workflows in support of analytic operations
• Collaborate with analysts to automate manual processes, improve data pipelines, and integrate structured and unstructured data sources
• Support geospatial data exploitation using tools like Brewlytics or ArcPro, where applicable
• Adapt quickly to changing mission requirements and emerging technologies
• Work closely with a distributed team of analysts, data scientists, and developers, primarily based out of NGA Washington

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph
• Ability to work on-site 40 hours per week
• Proficiency in Python for data science and automation tasks
• Experience with JEMA (Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO systems
• Proficiency with common programming languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with JEMA or low side equivalents (ESRI Model Builder, Alteryx, Tableau Prep)
• Experience with activity based intelligence (ABI)
• Experience applying machine learning algorithms to intelligence data
• Experience with multi-INT data
• Ability to learn new technologies, adapt to dynamic mission needs, and develop/test new analytic methodologies
