Summary of the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering clear, compelling product and feature messaging for our audit workflow solutions, articulating differentiated value by customer segment and firm size.
You will develop a strong understanding of how auditors work across the full audit lifecycle and the challenges they face day to day. As a key contributor to product storytelling, you will translate customer needs, market insights, and product capabilities into messaging that helps firms work smarter, reduce risk, and achieve better outcomes.
In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams to support gotomarket execution. You will help align marketing programs and sales channels to drive new revenue, improve retention, and contribute to overall market success.
About the Role
In this opportunity as aProduct Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Execute integrated product marketing strategies in close partnership with Campaign Planning, Product Management, and Sales to support revenue growth and market success.
  • Support the activation of audit workflow value propositions and messaging, working crossfunctionally to ensure accurate positioning across gotomarket campaigns, demand generation programs, and sales enablement assets.
  • Develop and drive adoption of core marketing assets-including product collateral, customer case studies, and competitive insights-that support key stages of the buyer's journey and marketing nurture cycle.
  • Contribute to the marketing launch of new audit workflow products and capabilities, supporting positioning and messaging development, sales readiness and campaign activation.
  • Build a strong understanding of customer workflows and pain points, with a clear view of how our audit solutions address those challenges across the audit lifecycle.

Key Deliverables:

  • Support the build and ongoing enhancement of audit workflow marketing programs, contributing to iterative improvements and optimization.
  • Monitor and interpret performance metrics to inform future initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
  • Distill complex product, workflow, and market information into clear, customer-centric messages and guiding principles.
  • Weave together audit workflow capabilities, market trends, and customer insights into cohesive stories that support demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing assets, sales enablement tools, and gotomarket deliverables that support acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts.

About You

You're a strong fit for the Product Marketing Manager role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting product positioning and product launches, with a focus on measuring and improving marketing effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Management, Sales and Marketing.
  • A collaborative, resultsoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Experience in software, AI, information services, or adjacent technologydriven industries strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the audit industry and an interest in how audit workflows are evolving strongly preferred.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
