As a Security Officer Driver Mobile Patrol in Leawood, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the opportunity to stay active, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and make an impact through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, check doors and gates, and report unusual conditions, unauthorized persons, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering questions, and providing a professional presence across the property while following post orders and communication protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
