What You'll Do: Lead month-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting Prepare profit center analysis and variance reporting against budget Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Manage inventory reconciliations and identify variances Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why This Role?
