Job Title: Project Manager (HR Projects)

Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid - Onsite Mon/Tue)

Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support HR-related projects. This role involves managing mid- to long-term initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project execution using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more mid- to large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, cost, schedule, and outcomes
  • Develop business plans, project objectives, and organizational initiatives
  • Provide input into organizational strategies and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Act as a consultant to senior management on critical business and HR-related issues
  • Lead and execute HR projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Define and prioritize tactical and strategic project goals
  • Drive change management initiatives and develop communication plans for stakeholders
  • Track project performance, including benefits realization, ROI, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Implement project reporting tools, dashboards, and status tracking mechanisms
  • Manage third-party vendors, ensuring contract compliance and schedule adherence



Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of progressive project management experience
  • Experience managing both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects in a hybrid environment
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, change control, and approval processes
  • Experience with procurement, vendor management, and third-party project delivery
  • Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and deliver results under tight timelines
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams



Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent



Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field

    OR equivalent combination of education and experience

    (Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent)
