The Job at a Glance

Unlimited service group is seeking a Director of ERP & Enterprise Applications to provide strategic and technical leadership across the organization's ERP systems and enterprise applications. This role partners with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that improve operations, strengthen governance, and support enterprise growth. Please note, this is a full-time position working remote.

A Typical Day

The Director of ERP & Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day management of the organization's ERP systems and enterprise application portfolio. This role collaborates with business and technology leaders to align systems with operational goals, oversee ERP performance and enhancements across functions like finance and HR, and ensures seamless integration between platforms. The position also drives governance, security, and compliance while managing application lifecycles, supporting system users, and guiding upgrades or implementations. Additionally, the director leads and mentors' technical teams, prioritizes continuous improvement initiatives, and tracks key performance metrics to ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute ERP and enterprise application strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks
  • Align system roadmaps with business priorities and advise leadership on modernization efforts
  • Own ERP lifecycle, performance, and roadmap across key functions
  • Lead implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and ensure seamless system integrations
  • Drive standardization, scalability, and governance across the application portfolio
  • Build and lead high-performing teams while overseeing the enterprise application portfolio
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize enhancements, improve adoption, and ensure clear ownership and support models
  • Ensure system availability, security, compliance, and performance
  • Oversee change management, releases, support, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams and track KPIs for performance and user adoption

To Land This Opportunity

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience across ERP and enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership of enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite).
  • Strong background in enterprise applications, systems integration, and business process improvement.
  • Proven success leading large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
  • Experience with SaaS ERP platforms and modern enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, middleware, API management, and application governance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen
