Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Manager, Marketing Services to contribute to our team in our La Vergne, TN office.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of ICG's content marketing strategy for IngramSpark. You will define the editorial vision and oversee the planning, creation and distribution of content that engages independent authors, builds brand authority, and supports audience growth. As Manager, Marketing Services, you will create and lead high-performing content strategies that enhance customer acquisition, strengthen customer communications, and drive engagement rates across organic content and social media channels. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget, while also leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of marketing specialists and managers to foster a high-performing, results-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or year for year directly related experience
  • 6 years of experience managing marketing programs in a small to medium sized companies targeting consumers
  • 1 year of prior experience leading/managing project teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing multi-channel content strategies for consumer audiences
  • Ability to translate content performance data into actionable marketing insights
  • Strong understanding of organic search
  • Proven ability to manage video, blog, email, and social content ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with creators, influencers, or affiliate partners
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Google Analytics proficiency
  • Experience using a Learning Management System
  • Experience working within brand templates and brand guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers effective and audience imaginative marketing and relevant content to generate awareness, customer conversion and/or sales/revenue of brand/business service.
  • Manages marketing campaigns and content development across all media outlets for the brand/business service - explores and uses most relevant media outlets to best reach target audiences - online, social, digital and traditional.
  • Focuses on performance improvements and return on investment, with a clear link between marketing activities and sales/revenue.
  • Delivers clear, relevant, imaginative and effective marketing copy and content.
  • Maintains active communication with all relevant business units, collecting information such as market requirements, industry insight and customer feedback to incorporate in marketing strategy.
  • Supervises a team of Marketing Specialists in the timely execution of quality deliverables.

Hiring Salary Range: $84,895 -$107,643. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
