Reporting to the Practice Manager and working closely with our Physicians, you will help ensure patients feel prepared, informed, and supported throughout their visit. This position combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for experienced Medical Assistants. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations, including obtaining vital signs and medical histories Assist Physicians with clinical procedures and treatments Support daily office operations, including documentation and patient flow coordination Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) Provide a welcoming, professional experience for patients and families Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Medical Assistant training program preferred Experience 2-4 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient or office setting preferred Licensure and/or Certification State Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Moderate keyboarding and data entry skills Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred (e.g., GE Centricity, Meditech) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment To apply, please visit: https://jobs.emersonhospital.org/job/medical-assistant-medical-assistant-cat-200-baker-ave-conco-16820/ Copyright 2025 Jobelephant.com Inc.
