Job Title: ERP Developer 3. Location: Austin, TX. Description of Services:
- Client requires the services of ERP Developer 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of ERP Developer 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client.
- All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
- 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.
- The agency is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role's primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.
- The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the legacy logic to the project team and stakeholders. Other duties include standard SDLC tasks and other project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
- 8 Years Required (at least 2 years): Development experience with PeopleTools
- 8 Years Required (at least 2 years): Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
- 8 Years Required (at least 2 years): Experience with an advanced Oracle database
- 8 Years Required: Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.
- 8 Years Required (at least 2 years): Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations
- 4 Years Preferred: Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2 Years Preferred: Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
- 2 Years Preferred: Experience with Jira
- 1 Year Preferred: Experience working with the Scrum framework
