Production Coordinator/Supply Chain Coordinator

This is 100% in-office position, not a remote work opportunity. Hours are 40 hrs/wk Mon - Fri in office; if they would like additional hours we can do that by volume of work needed allowing for an earlier starting time 7:30am or 8am, but must be there until 5pm Mondays thru Fridays. This person will help with managing inventory for our shop; will arrange for shipping and receiving of large motors, tools and equipment; will help invoice some of our jobs. Must be strong with their organizational skills and administrative skills. Casual office environment, blue jeans are fine every day. But must have a personality that is willing to jump in and help, self-motivated as this is a small business of about 30 employees. Company has been in business since the 1980's and it is a growing business. This role has potential to advance to inside sales within, so for sure growth opportunity.
