Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20/hr. to $38/hr., depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do:
- Fit and assemble fluid handling systems and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications
- Verify conformance of purchased components to technical drawings and quality standards
- Lay out, fit-up, and construct structural steel components including framing, bracing, and brackets
- Assemble pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping, valves, and related mechanical components
- Assemble piping and tubing systems to manufacturer and project specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation for completed work, testing, and inspections
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and project managers regarding progress, issues, and updates
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations
- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and core values
- Participate in ongoing training and development to support continuous improvement
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of assembly, fabrication, or pipefitting experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good manual dexterity and physical ability to perform job tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Experience (Not Required)
- Forklift, crane, or rigging
- Structural welding
- Copper soldering
- PVC solvent welding
- Tube bending
- Rotating equipment alignment
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge
