Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff helping manage priorities, align calendars to enterprisecritical milestones (Board, investor, regulatory, and leadership cadence), and create space for high-impact work.

  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise, ensuring the CEO stays ahead of key decisions and commitments.

  • Act as an extension of the CEO, applying sound judgment to triage issues, elevating decisions, and protecting the CEO's time and focus.

Executive Communications & Influence

  • Draft and edit correspondence that reflect the voice and intent of the CEO.

  • Represent the CEO and iRhythm with professionalism and discretion in all internal and external interactions including Board members, investors, customers, and partners.

  • Manage sensitive, confidential, and timecritical matters with exceptional judgment and discretion.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage highly complex and dynamic calendars, travel, and event logistics with a focus on strategic prioritization and efficiency.

  • Plan and execute Board meetings, executive offsites, and leadership team events.

  • Use tools such as Teams Planner, SAP Concur, and CoPilot/AI to streamline administrative tasks and manage deliverables efficiently.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance cross-functional efficiency and reduce administrative friction.

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for the CEO Office, ensuring alignment across the Chief of Staff, Legal, Finance, People, and Communications teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships across iRhythm to facilitate collaboration and seamless information flow.

  • Partner with other Executive Assistants to establish consistent standards, share best practices, and coordinate cross-functional support.

  • Act as a connector across teams, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with enterprise goals and leadership priorities.

Continuous Improvement & Development

  • Contribute to the evolution of the EA Center of Excellence, standardizing templates, tools, and playbooks (agenda, minutes, RACI, board prep).

  • Lead or participate in EA community initiatives (AI enablement, budgeting best practices, event standardization).

  • Model adaptability, curiosity, and professional growth - setting the standard for executive partnership at the highest level and helping shape the next generation of strategic EAs at iRhythm.

About You:

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives at the C-Suite level with direct CEO and Board support strongly preferred (public company experience required).

  • Proven ability to operate with discretion, foresight, and judgment in high-visibility or confidential contexts (including Board, investor and market sensitive matters).
