Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY Responsible for preparation and review of loan file packages for difficult to highly complex loans and trade products approved within Citizens Business Bank. Ensure that the loan file complies with bank policy and that the document request package and/or executed document package are complete to minimize the risk of loss to the bank. Ensure the timely disposition and control of legal documentation, collateral and documentation records in a manner that complies with bank policy and minimizes the risk of loss to the bank. Maintain the integrity of all information related to the documentation process for privacy, reporting and audit purposes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED; and a minimum 5 years commercial and consumer loan processing/administration experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to department management, credit administrators, legal counsel, public groups, boards of directors and/or relationship managers. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledgeable of mainframe loan systems, FISERV preferred. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
