Senior FP&A Analyst - Distribution Sales

The Senior FP&A Analyst serves as the finance partner to the Distribution sales leadership team. Reporting to the Finance Director, Distribution, this position enhances performance visibility, improves forecasting accuracy, and supports data-driven sales and margin optimization initiatives.

This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Lead pipeline analytics to evaluate quote activity, conversion trends, and win rates; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Drive pricing and sales discount analysis, partnering with sales leadership.
• Own the planning and forecasting process for Distribution SG&A spend and Allied product orders and sales revenue.
• Support customer segmentation and Global account analytics to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership to design and model sales incentive programs aligned with enterprise strategy and KPIs; monitor performance and financial impact.
• Evaluate and model sales territory structures to inform headcount and geographic coverage decisions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience
• 2-3 years in an FP&A role with exposure to commercial finance preferred
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) is a plus.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
