Trimble is looking for a Resource Planning & Performance Analyst to act as the "data heartbeat" of our post-sale journey, ensuring our global Customer Experience teams are perfectly staffed to meet demand. In this critical role, you will forecast workload volumes, optimize headcount modeling, and translate complex datasets into the actionable insights that drive revenue growth and best-in-class customer support.

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. AECO:

The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

This position offers the unique opportunity to serve as the strategic engine behind our Customer Experience operations, where you will own the capacity models governing millions of dollars in revenue and compensation. You will move beyond simple reporting to perform advanced "What-If" financial modeling and cost-to-serve analysis, directly influencing how our global Customer Success and Professional Services teams are structured to maintain a healthy LTV:CAC ratio and drive higher margins.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

* Develop sophisticated long-term and short-term volume forecasts for post-sale touchpoints, accounting for seasonality, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

* Partner with Finance and Global Leaders to build capacity models that determine precise headcount needs for CS Managers and PS Consultants based on sales forecasts.

* Track and report on mission-critical CX metrics including CSAT, First Response Time, and Net Promoter Score to identify emerging customer pain points.

* Conduct "What-If" simulations to predict the financial impact of incentive changes and recalibrate KPIs to ensure targets drive maximum operational efficiency.

* Support the Customer Success organization in re-balancing customer portfolios to ensure fair distribution between strategic and scale accounts.

Essential Skills & Experience

* 2-4 years of experience in Compensation, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations analytics within a global SaaS environment.

* Advanced data modeling skills in Excel and SQL, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets governing large-scale compensation payouts.

* Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce), CS platforms (Gainsight), PSAs (Kantata), or ICM tools like Everstage or Xactly.

* Deep understanding of post-sale metrics unique to Services and Success, such as Billable Hours, NRR, Churn, and Resource Utilization.

Bonus Points For:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or HR, or holding a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation.
