Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Translate the Partner Banking product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans while managing daytoday execution, including backlog prioritization, testing, and launch coordination. Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to design, develop, and deliver new features and core platform capabilities. Partner crossfunctionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, and policy standards. Support partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing relationship needs by clearly representing product capabilities, constraints, and roadmap direction. Conduct market, competitive, and partner research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements, using stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization. Track and report key product performance metrics, adoption data, and operational outcomes to guide continuous improvement. Manage vendor and thirdparty platform considerations and prepare product documentation, including roadmap updates and stakeholder or partnerfacing material.
