As a Logistics Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the logistics and warehouse operations at a client's site. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials in compliance with site policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Execute all logistics and warehouse tasks in accordance with training, procedures, and site expectations.
  • Perform material picking, inspection, transportation, and storage, including verification of specialty materials against Certificates of Analysis/Conformance.
  • Manage the collection and preparation of empty containers for third-party collection.
  • Support third-party drivers on-site to ensure compliance with site policies.
  • Quarantine and escalate any materials that fail incoming inspection.

Show your expertise
  • Education: High School or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance or technical role preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous (training provided).
