SEM Coordinator

Our client is seeking an SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Coordinator to join an experienced digital marketing team in Culver City. As an SEM Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting an SEM Specialist focusing on the finance sector along with campaign planning and platform set-up.

Your focus will be supporting the day-to-day tasks of the SEM Specialist including the following duties:

• Writing Paid Search ad copy
• Managing budget pacing across several LOB's
• Building and managing PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns in self-service SEM platforms, Google Ads and Skai/Kenshoo
• SQR analysis and bid optimization
• Keyword and competitive research, particularly in the finance space

Key Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a Paid Search marketing role, agency-side preferred
• Familiarity with Paid Search self-service platforms (i.e. Google Ads, SA360, Marin, Microsoft Ad Center)
• A solid understanding of the principles of PPC campaigns and the tasks involved including budget pacing, reporting, SQR analysis, negative keyword implementation, bid optimizations
• Data analyzation, visualization and presentation skills a plus
• A passion and curiosity for digital media
• Excellent social, oral and written communication skills
• Google Ads Certification a plus
