### What You'll Do

* Develop and execute merchandise assortments that cater to global, digital, and regional customer needs, aligning with overall department strategy to maximize earnings.

* Collaborate closely with design, visual merchandising, and production teams to ensure product strategies meet customer needs, optimize profitability, and accelerate speed to market, all while maintaining a focus on inclusivity and belonging.

* Partner with inventory management to define seasonal investment strategies by market, safeguarding key growth drivers and significant product ideas.

* Proactively identify business opportunities and mitigate risks by analyzing sales performance and gathering real-time marketplace intelligence.

* Manage the coordination of product samples efficiently.

* Utilize established tools and procedures to effectively identify, organize, and categorize crucial information.

* Facilitate ongoing information exchange to provide routine support across various teams.
