Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative support in a dynamic healthcare setting? As a Patient Administrative Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks, directly impacting patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a vital healthcare mission, managing critical communications and administrative processes that underpin quality patient care.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Have bliingual proficiency (Spanish and English)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Managing scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
  • Handling patient messages and other communications.
  • Processing incoming faxes and mail efficiently.
  • Responding to calls and managing record requests.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in healthcare administrative software systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of administrative processes within a specialized medical field.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.80 to $49.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
