We are seeking a Technical Producer to support collaboration across Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams in delivering and managing content and asset systems. This role focuses on ensuring creative assets are tracked, delivered, and maintained efficiently across platforms and regions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured workflows while helping improve processes over time. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys operational rigor, problem-solving, and working at the intersection of content and technical systems.



  • Location: Remote (Must be within 50 miles of Culver City or Cupertino)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; Standard business hours
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
  • Background screening required


Responsibilities



  • Support the intake and triage of creative tickets, maintaining dashboards and tracking systems to ensure visibility and progress
  • Coordinate with Operations to support smooth asset handoff and publishing workflows
  • Manage asset delivery across multiple formats, tracking assets at the individual level throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Assist in ensuring assets are properly licensed, documented, and distributed according to requirements
  • Partner with Creative and Engineering teams to support the implementation and maintenance of CMS systems
  • Work closely with Creative Producers and the broader creative team to ensure assets meet technical specifications and delivery timelines
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and transparency


Minimum Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of experience supporting delivery of creative assets across formats such as photography, illustration, video, audio, and other content types
  • Working knowledge of asset management systems and CMS platforms
  • Experience managing timelines and coordinating high volumes of deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain tracking systems and documentation
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable collaborating across Creative, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Able to adapt in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and systems


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience at a technology company
  • Familiarity with geographic sensitivities and region-specific content considerations
