Valiant is seeking a mission-ready Assistant SUAS Instructor to join our team. You will be working with the Training Support Systems (TSS) Program, National Training Center (NTC), and Fort Irwin, CA. The TSS operations support the NTC mission: to provide realistic joint and combined arms training focused on developing soldiers, leaders, and units of the United States military for success on the 21st Century Battlefield. Under the direction of the NTC Training Support Center (TSC) Manager, with minimum supervision, serves as the Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) Training Device Assistant Instructor with responsibility for issuing, receiving, and providing training instruction for all Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Integration Cells (CI2C) equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SECURITY REQUIREMENT: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, Active Secret preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience. Extensive experience in the use of SUAS/CI2C/CTS systems and devices. Must have a valid California driver's license. Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) to utilize government operating systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Available for overtime as needed. Ability to travel as needed. PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
