Job Summary:

The People & Culture Operations Specialist, National Leadership Development supports the delivery and measurement of leadership development programs through operational coordination, stakeholder communication, and data-driven reporting. This role helps to maintain SharePoint sites and content, the Leadership Development email inbox, and maintains the current catalog of leadership development offerings and resources. The position develops and maintains Power BI reports and dashboards that enable course management, session attendance tracking, automated calendar visibility, and program-specific participant reporting. The role produces assessment reporting, tracks progress against timelines, and communicates status updates, and risks, to stakeholders. This role generates program data to support ROI measurement and recommendations.

Job Duties:



  • Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards to support course management and learning program operations
  • Develops and maintains Power BI automated calendar reporting to support scheduling visibility and resource planning
  • Generates data on program participation, completion, and assessment data to support ROI measurement and program effectiveness reporting
  • Produces program status reports in accordance with program timelines and reporting standards.
  • Communicates assessment completion progress and next steps to stakeholders through status updates and reporting dashboards
  • Maintains National Leadership Development department and program sites
  • Reviews department resource pages to ensure content accuracy, consistent formatting, and working links
  • Creates department resource pages using approved templates, navigation standards, and accessibility requirements
  • Monitors and maintains the Leadership Development email inbox, including message triage, categorization, and response routing
  • Assists with development and distribution of internal National Leadership Development communications
  • Helps update and maintain a catalog of Leadership Development offerings and resources, including program descriptions, eligibility, schedules, delivery formats, and points of contact
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with representatives of various business lines
  • Serves as liaison between internal clients and external resources to ensure client goals are met
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:



  • Associate degree, required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Major in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Communication, Business, Management, or like field preferred


Experience:



  • One (1) or more years of experience in a training or project support role, required
  • Power BI Experience: One (1) year of experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, required
  • Experience in a professional services firm, preferred
  • Experience with training program coordination, preferred


License/Certifications:



  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), desired


Software:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power BI required
  • Experience with SharePoint, preferred
