Position Objective:

To perform various tasks needed to support the International Customer Account Lead position without having an assigned sales region. This support role requires a basic understanding and working knowledge of customer service functions and is intended to provide back-up support for the Lead position when needed.

Responsibilities:



  • Take calls and assist customer account lead as needed
  • Provide oversight for the large SG tissue allocations to Canadian accounts
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about Artivion's services, products, and ordering processes
  • Assist lead in resolving account issues
  • Work closely with the Shipping teams at both US sites
  • Work with Regional Sales Leaders to support sales and logistics needs
  • Work with Finance and Accounting teams for monthly revenue recognition for APAC distributors


Qualifications:



  • HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency in international business and distribution practices
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP, Outlook and Dynamics 365 (CRM) preferred
  • Prefer bilingual or multilingual with focus on Spanish, French and German languages
