The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post-hiring activity. * Review and input information into pre-employment systems (ADP Recruiting Management, E-screen, ADP Vantage) to assist in onboarding external candidates and processing internal transfers * Review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employment files * Aid in onboarding of new hires/transfers to include: * System administration and interactions with candidates via email and phone * Support with creating and extending offer letters to internal and external candidates * Respond to inquiries from managers regarding status of candidates * Process background checks by role and location, including coordinating pre-employment drug screenings, physicals, fingerprinting, and/or additional state required screenings | |
