Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greets visitors and manages front desk operations
* Answers incoming calls and routes them to appropriate staff
* Maintains visitor logs and ensures front office security
* Supports scheduling, mail distribution, and general office coordination
* Provides basic administrative support to departments as needed
* Maintains a professional and welcoming office environment
* Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
