**Make a Transformative Impact as a Program Manager Focused on Data Stewardship!**

Are you a visionary Program Manager with a passion for data integrity and process optimization? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead pivotal initiatives focused on master data management and process improvement within our client's Product Lifecycle Management and Technical Operations areas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring data quality, implementing strategic changes, and fostering a data-driven culture that underpins operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the reliability and effectiveness of critical business systems, enabling seamless execution and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead change initiatives, developing and documenting robust business processes and data policies.

* Design and implement a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to track and report performance for operational teams.

* Drive process improvement program management and data stewardship for Product Lifecycle Management.

* Conduct regular review and maintenance of data within business systems to ensure alignment with established data standards.

* Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define data standards and operationalize governance processes for the creation and modification of master data.

* Lead data cleansing efforts and implement business process and system changes to proactively prevent data errors.

* Coordinate cross-functional decisions that impact shared data, tools, or processes across the organization.

* Develop and execute comprehensive root cause remediation strategies for identified data issues.

* Engage in the design of the supply chain data model, representing the function on change requests, impact analysis, and system architecture considerations affecting data integrity.

* Act as a power user of data management tools and processes, providing expertise and guidance.

* Coordinate effectively with the Enterprise Data Governance team to ensure alignment and adherence to enterprise-wide data policies.

* Conduct appropriate organizational change management activities to ensure data stakeholders are trained and consistently executing data updates according to policy.

* Perform regular data audits and report on data quality metrics as part of monthly/quarterly reviews.

* Foster a mindset that embraces process and data as essential tools for achieving functional objectives through predictable execution against key performance indicators.

* Successfully manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

* Lead the documentation of "as-is" process flows, testing scenarios, and "day-in-the-life" scenarios, ensuring testing execution, defect logging, readiness assessments, and training curriculum alignment.

* Drive the development, automation, tracking, and reporting of KPIs.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* BA/BS degree in data science, business, engineering, or related technical disciplines, or equivalent practical experience including 5+ years of related work experience in supply chain.

* Demonstrated knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM), Master Data Management (MDM), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and data management processes.

* Proven ability to collaborate and influence effectively across multiple levels of an organization.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation abilities.
