Short Description

Epic Cadence Application Analyst I

Cooper IT is excited to offer an Application Analyst I opportunity on our Epic Applications Team, supporting Epic Revenue Cycle workflows.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and making a real impact on the patient and clinician experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with experience in Registration and/or Scheduling workflows who is passionate about supporting end users and improving operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be a key partner to providers, staff, and IT colleagues while helping ensure Epic Cadence applications run smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-tier support to application users, answering questions and resolving issues in person, by phone, or electronically
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting operational workflows for providers, patients, and end users, acting as a liaison between end users and application analysts
  • Participate in testing activities, including executing and documenting test scripts
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset and communicate effectively with diverse end users, physicians, and IT staff

Must-Haves

  • Attend Cooper training classes to learn operational workflows

Preferred - Workflow Experience with Epic Registration, Scheduling, and/or Referrals & Authorizationsworkflows


Experience Required

0-2 years preferred

0-2 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary


Education Requirements

Associates degree preferred

Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred.

0-2 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.


License/Certification Requirements

Preferred:

No Certification Required

Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system.


Special Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask in high pace work environment

Hourly Rate Min $29
Hourly Rate Max $50


The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.
