OPERATOR I (ASSISTANT OPERATOR) Location: Arlington, TX Shifts Available: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM SignOn Bonus: Up to $2,500 Operator I - Assistant Operator We are hiring an Operator I (Assistant Operator) to support the setup and operation of highspeed converting and finishing equipment. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who want handson experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment with room for growth. What You'll Do: Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of converting and finishing equipment Support webbing the line, adjusting tension controls, loading rolls, and changing parts/tools Read and follow job tickets to ensure correct materials and components Monitor product quality and communicate issues when needed Perform minor mechanical adjustments and help troubleshoot equipment Maintain accurate counts and complete required documentation Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean work environment What We're Looking For: Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced equipment Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependability and attention to safety High School Diploma or GED Why Join Us: Signon bonus up to $2,500 Stable 12hour shift schedule (days or nights available) Career path toward Lead Operator roles Supportive team culture and training provided Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment #MS1 Diversity and Inclusion We believe in diversity of thought and bringing together other traits and characteristics that make an individual bring a unique experience to Pregis.
