This posting is for part-time Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am to 4pm. Earn $45.96/hour! Position Details Responsibilities will include: Oversight and management of Clozapine Support Services. 1x per week Clozaril clinic that includes administration of medications Entry of lab work into PA REMS (Riske Evaluation and Mitigation System) Follow up with clients, pharmacy and prescribers as needed Administration of Long-Acting Injectables as prescribed Collaboration with prescribers for completion of Prior Authorizations and other medication needs Management of nursing office including samples, medications and supplies.
