Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and vehicle access, and document arrivals, departures, and/or delivery activity according to post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including perimeter areas, gates, loading zones, and parking areas, to help support security-related awareness and report unusual activity.
• Complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation, and help to follow site-specific policies related to access control, property movement, and/or restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
