As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Agent in Danvers, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, roadways, buildings, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support transportation operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and following established protocols during service disruptions or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A concealed carry weapons permit is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
