Summary:

The Access Design and Diagnostic Partner is responsible for optimizing provider scheduling and access through expert use of Epic and Cadence systems. This role develops and maintains provider master schedules, performs ongoing capacity assessments, ensures EMR scheduling standardization, and monitors access metrics to support efficient, patient-centered care. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, implement scheduling strategies, and drive continuous improvement in access operations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  2. License/Certifications: Cadence certification or Proficiency preferred
  3. Experience:Minimum of 3 years in ambulatory clinic and/or building templates in Epic required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced proficiency in Epic and Analytics Reporting Tools; Ability to translate complex data into operational recommendations for clinical and administrative leadership.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
