Summary:

The Preboarding Operations Specialist role is responsible for providing top level, concierge support to Physician and APP candidates and providing organizational and systems to support to MaineHealth Medical Group's senior leadership and search leaders, systemwide. Assists with projects related to full cycle Provider recruitment, preboards candidates and provides and tracks metrics as requested.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of experience in Human Resources or other business-related role required. Recruiting experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Experience with ATS and HRIS applications.
