Description Professional - Nonclinical Summary: The Preboarding Operations Specialist role is responsible for providing top level, concierge support to Physician and APP candidates and providing organizational and systems to support to MaineHealth Medical Group's senior leadership and search leaders, systemwide. Assists with projects related to full cycle Provider recruitment, preboards candidates and provides and tracks metrics as requested. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
