Description

The Supervisor Corporate Receptionists supports the daily workflow, operation and performance of the Corporate Receptionist team. This team is responsible for consistently serving our customers by providing the "Human Touch" of answering every call and greeting campus guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. This role will be serving our customers along with the team, while providing additional support responsibilities. Responsible for upholding and nurturing the values and culture of the department through positivity and teamwork.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Transfer calls to internal teams and employees
  • Check in and provide badges for visitors
  • Direct visitors to the correct location/building
  • Provide information and support to internal employees
  • Supervisory responsibilities include


o Manage Receptionist team schedule and workflow

o Verify and approve team timecards and manage PTO requests

o Provide team performance management through continuous feedback and one on ones

o Verify and communicate information to the team

o Train all new team members

* Manage training documentation

* Support ongoing training needs for the team



  • Maintain an accurate directory
  • Knowledge Management Administrator
  • Manage system issues and be point of contact for IT
  • Perform consistently in measured core areas
  • Support our Starkey Mission and Customer Service core values- lead by example and hold team accountable
  • Adhere to and support our policies, procedures, and work requirements
  • Adhere to and support the guidelines outlined in the Employee Guidelines and Market Development Handbook
  • Play an active role in developing professionally
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)


o High School Degree or equivalent required



  • Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)


o Minimum 3 years receptionist/customer service desire

Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Strong computer foundation with ability to multi-task between numerous applications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflict
  • Leadership, coaching and problem solving
  • Microsoft Office 365


Salary and Other Compensation:

The target pay range for this position is between$22.95-$28.77 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.

Benefits: The following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, paid holidays annually, floater days annually, volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.
