About the Role

The Senior Field Marketer is responsible for driving demand within Hyland's named account model through strategic program development and execution of top-tier marketing experiences that create pipeline and drive alignment across revenue teams. This role supports the field in developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. This position collaborates closely with Hyland's sales leaders, sales development representatives, product marketing, solution marketing, and campaign marketing teams to plan and execute field marketing strategy in close partnership with the Plan Owner.

Here's What You'll Do
    Collaborate with the demand generation team and sales leaders to develop regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals; proactively design, plan, and execute regional field marketing campaigns and events that generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Plan, execute, and oversee world-class events including regional events, ancillary events, user forums, and executive roundtables and dinners; design and implement pre-event and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance, participation, and lead conversion
  • Create targeted, high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) programs using multi-channel digital programs - including website personalization, gifting, and conversational email - to engage target accounts and drive deal acceleration
  • Interlock with regional and industry field sales leaders and account executives to ensure ongoing alignment on priorities; attend regular sales deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and regional quarterly business reviews to understand segmentation and prioritization; work with SDRs to define end-to-end revenue management processes and SLAs
  • Develop and effectively manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing spending to maximize ROI; track and analyze program performance using key metrics, providing regular reporting and data-driven recommendations for program optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including campaign strategy, sales, product marketing, and solution marketing to ensure consistent messaging and maximize program impact; mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members to drive organizational capability and growth

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in B2B marketing and 2+ years of field marketing experience
  • Proven record of enabling and partnering with sales to achieve revenue goals through tailored field marketing programs and campaigns
  • Experience creating and implementing successful marketing programs that engage new prospects and customers across a range of tactics, technologies, and channels - within budget and on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional project management, organizational, and time management capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations to optimize program results and ROI
What We'd Like to See
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies including website personalization, gifting, and conversational email tactics
  • Familiarity with intent signal visibility and business intelligence tools to identify and prioritize target accounts
  • Experience working with SDR teams to define end-to-end revenue management processes and service-level agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, source marketing technology, and ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity, handle objections, and cultivate innovation using available technology
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $106,000 - $119,000. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
