Our Values Respect | Belonging | Accountability | Transparency Department Research OperationsJob Summary The Center for Health Systems Research team in the Office of Research at Denver Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will help coordinate, implement, and enhance a range of education, training, and mentoring programs that support scholarly work. This includes playing a key role in organizing initiatives such as a pilot study grant program, monthly research seminars, workshops, a community advisory panel, and a new learning health systems fellowship. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leaders to evaluate and improve program processes while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a related health field, with demonstrated experience coordinating and implementing program initiatives. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Individuals with a strong interest or experience in research or education are preferred. Requires some evening hours. Under general supervision, coordinates multiple projects within Denver Health (DH). Leads or assists the following: design, management, evaluation, and implementation of programs and deliverables. Communicates with funding agencies and key stakeholders. Communicates and collaborates with community partners and facilitates or leads various committees and coalitions. Participates in the development of future grant applications and activities. Uses project management and quality improvement tools and methodologies to improve program activities.
