The Head of Sales Engineering - Global Accounts leads the technical sales strategy and execution for the company's largest multinational enterprise customers. This role is responsible for building, managing, and developing a globally distributed team of Sales Engineers that support a defined portfolio of strategic global accounts. The leader ensures that technical engagement aligns with the company's revenue strategy while enabling customers to successfully evaluate, adopt, and expand the company's solutions across complex, multi-regional environments. This role requires a highly experienced technical sales leader capable of operating across multiple geographies, cultures, and large enterprise buying centers, while partnering closely with Global Account Executives, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership. The position demands strong operational discipline, executive engagement skills, and the ability to position complex technical solutions within large enterprise architectures. Key Responsibilities

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $275,000 - $325,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
