About the Role What You'll Do * Build and maintain Datadog dashboards for latency, errors, throughput, and key API metrics. * Partner with engineers to improve log, metric, and trace instrumentationand support standardized observability practices. * Configure alerts, SLO indicators, and runbookready monitors for GST Browser services. * Analyze telemetry to provide insights on API usage and effectiveness, complementing product analytics needs. * Document dashboards, alert logic, and best practices for future contributors. About You * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. * Basic understanding of REST APIs, logs/metrics, and performance concepts. * Familiarity with any programming language (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python). * Interest in observability, APM tools, dashboards, and datadriven engineering. * Curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Nice to Have * Exposure to Datadog or similar tools (Grafana, New Relic, Prometheus). * Experience with Git, basic scripting, or test automation frameworks. Impact #LI-LB1 What's in it For You?

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
