The Sr. Manager Digital Transformation role is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation to enable future business growth at an unprecedented level.

The Digital Transformation Sr. Manager at Lam Research is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic implementation of digital technologies across transportation and logistics operations. This role involves driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing our internal users' experiences through the adoption of digitals tools and processes.

• Help to define problem statements, vision/plan, success criteria, business benefits, and accountability.
• Managingcross-functionalteams:Therolerequiresmanagingcross-functionalteamstoensurethatdigitalinitiativesdelivermeasurablebusinessvalue.
• Drivingdigitaltransformation: The manager must drive changes in business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.
• Implementingdigitalimprovements:Themanagerisresponsibleforimplementingdigitalimprovementstoexistingoperationalprocessesandensuringthatdigitalstrategyalignswithbusinessgoals.
• Trainingemployees:Themanagershouldbeabletotrainemployeesaboutnewdigitaltoolsandtechnologies,ensuringtheyareusedeffectivelythroughouttheorganization.
• Monitoring digital transformation: The manager must continuously monitor the digital transformation strategy to ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and make adjustments as necessary.

The role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of transportation modes, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA or master's preferred but not required.
• 10 years of experience in Transportation operations, strong knowledge of operational processes, data, tools, and improvement initiatives including experience in business process reengineering in leading/fast-growth companies.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Transportation Management Systems.
• Influenced organizational change by driving partnerships and alignment across the organizations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a global organization.
• 5 of experience in business transformation programs.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability to manage internal and external teams.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills for coordinating with transportation suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the different transportation modes, US Customs Import and Export requirements, and logistics procedures.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize routes for recommended digital transportation solutions.

• Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets for decision support.
• Able to work with minimal direct guidance or direction.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Understanding of best practices in the transportation industry and application to real life.
• Knowledge of the systems (e.g., SAP ERP/IBP, TMS etc.,), implementation and project life cycles.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
