FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Mon-Fri The Pay Scale is $161,491 to $232,378 Position Summary The AVP is responsible for the strategic planning, business development, operational oversight, financial viability, and marketing of Careline Services, programs and clinical operations provided by MultiCare in the South Puget Sound Region. This position, in Dyad partnership with Medical Director of the Careline and in collaboration with Nursing leadership in both inpatient and ambulatory settings, has responsibility for regulatory, patient safety, and quality initiatives. This position requires independent judgment and discretion in decision making which varies widely in their nature and impact, interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies and programs, complex data analysis, problem solving, and strong organizational and leadership skills. This position works closely with management, staff, physicians and APPs (employed and affiliated) in the South Puget Sound and all other MHS regions as necessary, requiring the development of rapport and the maintenance of professional relationships. Internal contacts include all levels of management and staff and shared corporate support services.Requirements
