What You'll Do

We are looking for aSr. Specialist Accounting to join our Accounting team as a core execution partner. In this role, you won't just "do" accounting; you willowncritical financial processes and help us build a more efficient, data-driven department. If you are a detail-oriented professional who loves solving the "puzzle" of complex reconciliations and wants to see the direct impact of your work on an organization's financial health, we want to hear from you.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose Headquartersin alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to:Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Accounting.





    • Drive Financial Integrity:Lead the preparation of complex journal entries, account reconciliations and month-end closing activities. You'll ensure our financial records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
    • Modernize Treasury & Investments:Manage the day-to-day accounting for investment and treasury activities, ensuring our cash and asset reporting is seamless.


    • Solve Operational Bottlenecks: Take ownership of open items (AR/AP, Intercompany). You'll investigate root causes of aged items and collaborate across the company to find permanent, systemic solutions. Take the lead on processing incoming and outgoing invoices, and coordinate with counterparties to verify payment details and ensure collectability.


    • Ensure Compliance & Trust:Maintain internal control documentation (SOX) and act as a reliable point of contact for our quarterly and annual external audits.
    • Champion Process Innovation:We value fresh perspectives. You will identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows within our ERP (SAP) environment.




What You Bring



  • Professional Foundation:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with3 years of experiencein a professional accounting environment.
  • Technical Excellence:A strong grasp ofUS GAAP or IFRSand experience working withinSarbanes-Oxley (SOX)frameworks.
  • Systems Knowledge:Proficiency withSAP or similar ERP systems. You are comfortable usingExcel(pivot tables, lookups) to organize and analyze data.
  • Execution Focus:You are known for your "get it done" attitude and your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Spirit:You communicate clearly and enjoy working with diverse teams-from local colleagues to our global HQ.
  • Language Skills:Proficiency inKoreanis a plus and will help you collaborate effectively with our global partners, but it is not a requirement for success in this role.
