GENERAL FUNCTION

This role is responsible for developing franchisee value proposition, loyalty programs, category roadmaps, defining long-term product strategies, and activating those product plans to drive innovation, brand, and growth. This leader will partner closely with the Category and Assortment COE teams to set the direction for new products and manage product lifecycles to ensure cohesive storytelling. This leader will also work with store operations and marketing to create tools and training for Field Leaders to drive adoption and execution of brand strategy.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




    • Lead the building and maintenance of sales tools and training required to communicate and differentiate product stories
    • Price wholesale lens and frame portfolio within existing pricing framework and industry benchmarks.
    • Serve as the primary point of ownership for franchisee product inquiries, driving structured prioritization, cross-functional resolution, and service excellence.
    • Partner with COE teams to define annual Style & SKU budgets and assess sku productivity and responsibility for the category life cycle. Develop comprehensive product briefs including product need, target consumer, volume expectations, price, and margin requirements
    • Develop product competitive analyses via field visits, journals, market feedback and sales data
    • Create financial models to model growth and growth projections
    • Collaborate with cross functional and marketing team giving product input to marketing assets that communicates product stories.
    • Present product stories, samples, sales tools and training to field teams and franchisees
    • Build, implement, and refine initiatives to drive franchisee profitability



  • Drive go-to-market execution by working with marketing to drive plans
  • Regularly report on business performance and find creative solutions to drive performance


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • BA/BS in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Category/Product Management or Wholesale Development
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive a product line
  • Strong leadership skills to be able to create cross-functional partnerships
  • Effective communicator and presenter with strong leadership skills and experience communicating complex information to multiple individuals/audiences


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution in a highly analytical field; MBA preferred.
  • Optical, Retail, wholesale and sales experience

Pay Range:94,795.80-150,727.80
