As a Practice Management Lead, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the STAR Practice Management system. You will assist with user support and data/report requests from Firm partners and employees by delivering reliable, high-quality email and phone support, data analytics, and custom reporting from the STAR Practice Management system. What You Will Do: Monitor daily for data integrity opportunities by executing existing and new SQL exception queries Oversee daily activities of the PM Support inbox, monitor end user requests ensuring consistent data integrity guidelines are followed and communicated to users, and are of a nature consistent with the Firm's policies, procedures, and culture Weekly collect and review timesheets and expense entries and file expense receipts timely Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitor for employee FTO usage Demonstrate the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion Provide training to Practice Data Specialist Is and IIs to facilitate career development Assign/monitor work to Practice Data Specialist Is and IIs as necessary on behalf of the Practice Management Manager Complete special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred 3 years or more of experience in a similar role Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (Functionality, formulas),Outlook, PowerPoint,and Adobe Ability to learn and apply accounting reporting principles is desired #LI-ATL, #LI-OAK, #LI-IND, #LI-STL, #LI-SGF, #LI-CLTSP, #LI-CLTU, #LI-RAL, #LI-DFW, #LI-HOU #LI-SS1 About Forvis Mazars, LLP Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network. Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
