Overview Lead Demand Management Specialist
Location: Remote - US Work Model: Remote About the RoleThe Lead Demand Management Specialist is responsible for owning the end-to-end pipeline operating system across all sources - Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner - for a given vertical or geography. This role diagnoses pipeline gaps by source, stage, and segment/solution, and drives cross-functional execution with Programs, Field/ABM, SDR, Sales, Alliances, PMM, and RevOps. This position connects marketing campaigns, intent data, buyer journey insights, sales plays, and sales engagement motions into an integrated calendar of programs that accelerate new pipeline creation and pipeline progression. Here's What You'll Do
Leverage a unified view of pipeline volume, velocity, conversion, and quality by source, stage, solution, segment, and vertical/geo; publish pipeline health diagnostics and own a single trusted pipeline narrative that reconciles all sources - presenting insights, risks, and recommended next steps to SDR, Sales, and Marketing leadership
Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $134,000 - $151,000 and eligible for benefits.
