• 1 year of experience.
• The ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Operating single and multi-head embroidery machines to sew designs onto various items like hats, shirts, and bags.
• Reading work orders to determine design specifications, selecting the correct thread colors, and loading materials onto the machines.
• Monitoring the embroidery process to detect any malfunctions or defects and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
