What You Bring to the Crew

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of clamp truck, reach, cherry picker, and forklift experience
• Valid forklift or clamp certification (or ability to get certified)
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs and stay active through the shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination and focus on load safety
• Attention to detail when clamping, stacking, and staging
• Safety-focused, reliable, and ready to show up strong
